and diverse flavour profiles. It’s often more expensive to
produce and harder to source. This can hike the
price up for consumers, too.

Blended coffee delivers the same flavour every time.
It takes the best qualities from different origins, and
blends to create a balanced, consistent profile.
Blends are more widely available, so it’s easy to find
your favourite.

Arabica vs Robusta

Arabica and Robusta are the
most common coffee beans,
and each has its own flavour.

Robusta beans

Robusta beans are intense and bold, with a rich
crema that offers a thicker texture and mouthfeel.
This makes it an ideal pairing to a milky coffee, like
macchiato or latte. Robusta beans are easier to grow
and cheaper to buy.

Arabica beans

Arabica beans offer smoother and more nuanced
tastes. They’re harder to grow, so they’re often a
little pricier.
